Return/Refund Policy
When will my order arrive?
If you have opted for Delivery:
Your order will be shipped the same week you have placed your order. I.e. orders placed on a Tuesday will arrive on the Thursday or Friday of that same week
You will receive a confirmation email from us to let you know when your order has been dispatched
Please choose a delivery address where someone will be able to accept your parcel, as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that aren't delivered due to no-one being present

If you order for Collection:
Your items must be collected from our Deli on the Friday, Saturday or Sunday of that same week
To help manage orders and fulfil demand, delivery and collection dates cannot be changed. Please only order for the week you would like to collect or take delivery of your items.
All items are suitable for home freezing and we strongly recommend ordering early to avoid any disappointmentnt
Is there a minimum spend?
Online orders for Delivery require a minimum spend of £30, excluding shipping
Online orders for Local Collection require a minimum spend of £15
We encourage our customers to collect from our Hull-based Deli wherever possible.
An item is showing as out of stock - have I missed out?
Not necessarily!
We hand-make every single product which means there is only a certain amount available to order each week. Once this amount has been reached, the item will show as out-of-stock for a few days until our next batch is available
Mondays are re-stock days so check back then to place an order if you missed out the previous week! Weekly re-stocks will happen until mid-December

Can I collect my order from the Deli?
Yes! In fact, we encourage you to collect your order from our Deli wherever possible as the amount of orders we can accept for Deliver this year will be limited
Orders for Delivery have a cut off date of November XXX. Orders placed after this time must be collected from our Deli in Hull, East Yorkshire
Will my items last until Christmas?
Absolutely!
All items available to order on our website are suitable for home freezing and come with full instructions on how to store them at home, to ensure they reach your dining table in perfect condition!
If you're saving your items for Christmas, just pop them in the freezer when delivery arrives and follow the instruction provided when you're ready to enjoy
Do I need to cook my Faux-Turkey Crown?
Your Faux-Turkey Crown will be delivered fully cooked and ready to eat. For best results, we recommend roasting in a hot oven for 20 minutes before slicing and serving

Are any of your products Gluten Free?
None of our current range is suitable for a gluten-free diet. All our faux-meats contain soy and gluten amongst other major allergens and ingredients

Will there be any more Christmas items this year?
Our core-range of Christmas Food is currently available online. However, we will also be offering additional Christmas products for Local Collection only (like the return of our Footlong Festive Sausage Rolls!)
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside of mainland UK as our products need to stay chilled and be delivered in a 24hr window of time
